I’m a trauma-sensitive, holistic massage therapist creating a sanctuary for people who feel deeply and move gently.

I know how exhausting it is to hold everything together—to push through stress, stay strong for others, and ignore the quiet signals from your body asking for rest.

I’ve been there too, and it’s why I created Mind-Body Calm to offer more than just massage.

This is a space where you can soften, be cared for, and feel supported without having to justify taking time out.

My approach is slow, intentional and attuned to your needs in the moment.

  • Before Your First Session

    If you’re booking with me for the first time, you’ll be asked to complete a short online consultation form before your appointment.

    It’s not just admin—it’s part of how I support you with care and intention. The form gives you space to share anything you’d like me to know ahead of time: your needs, preferences, concerns, or anything personal that might shape how we work together.

    This helps me prepare for your session in a way that’s thoughtful, grounded, and unique to you, and it also helps ensure this space remains safe and respectful for everyone I work with.

    If you ever feel unsure about what to include, just know: there are no wrong answers. You can say as much or as little as you like.

    During Your Session

    We begin with a gentle check-in—How are you feeling today? What are you noticing in your body?

    These questions help me understand where you are in the moment so we can shape the session around what you truly need.

    I listen with presence, respond intuitively and offer support in a way that honours your body and nervous system.

    This isn’t one-size-fits-all.
    It’s slow, safe, and shaped entirely around your comfort.

    You choose what feels right for your body.

    Whether that means undressing fully, partially or staying clothed, we’ll move at a pace and level that feels respectful and grounding for you.

    There’s no pressure to talk, but space to share if it feels right.

    My treatments are designed to give you exactly what you need—even if you’re not sure what that is. We focus on quieting your mind, softening your body and slowing everything down.

  • We’ll take a moment to gently close the session.
    You’re welcome to share anything that came up for you, but only if it feels right. Maybe you noticed something physically, emotionally or energetically. But, there’s no pressure to talk.

    I’ll offer simple, supportive aftercare to take with you, because while one session can bring relief, lasting change comes with ongoing support.

    If it feels like the right time, we can talk about what a follow-up session might look like or get your next booking in the diary. You’re always in control of the pace and the plan.

    This is about creating calm not just for today, but as something you can return to again and again.

  • A day or two after your session, I’ll send you a follow-up email.

    It’s a gentle check-in just to see how you’re doing, answer any of your questions, and remind you of your aftercare in case it slipped your mind in that lovely post-treatment glow.

    If anything came up that you want to talk about, or if you’d like to rebook, you’ll have a direct way to reach me when it feels right.
