Welcome to Mind-Body Calm.

Lovely to meet you—I’m so glad you made your way here!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, tense, or disconnected from your body (except for that stubborn knot in your shoulders), you might be wondering:

“Is there a massage therapist who actually gets what I need?”

If that sounds like you, I’ve got you.

LET ME TELL YOU MY STORY…

My journey into bodywork began in an unexpected place: a small Reiki circle in Budapest.

I didn’t know exactly why I was drawn to it, but something inside me said yes. And for the first time, I felt what it meant to be truly connected to my body and mind.

As someone who’s always felt things deeply, Reiki helped me manage my own anxiety and tension. It lit a quiet spark, and that spark grew into a passion for holistic, body-led healing.

That led me to massage therapy, where touch became a language of care and connection.

The more I worked with the body, the more I saw just how much we carry physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Especially those of us who feel the world more intensely.

So, I created Mind-Body Calm as a sanctuary for those people who crave slowness, safety, and space to just be.

I offer trauma-sensitive, holistic massage therapy from my cosy home treatment room in Selly Oak, Birmingham.

Every session is shaped by your unique body, needs, and pace.
It’s not about “fixing” anything—it’s about helping you reconnect, soften, and feel supported exactly as you are.

Whether you’re:

  • Feel anxious or disconnected.

  • Carrying stress and tension in your body.

  • Longing to be taken care of without having to justifying yourself.

…you’re welcome here.

Here’s what I believe…

  • Your nervous system can’t heal when it’s always in a hurry.

  • Rest isn’t something you earn, it’s something you’re allowed to claim.

  • Feeling safe is the starting point, not a bonus.

  • True relaxation is really about nervous system regulation.

Together, we’ll work slowly and intuitively to release tension, calm your nervous system, and help you reconnect with your own rhythm.

If your body is whispering ‘yes’ (even if your mind’s still catching up), I’d love to welcome you.

We’ll move at your pace, and you’ll be met with presence, respect, and care.

Let’s create a self-care practice that truly supports you.
