Truly, whatever you're going through, I get it...
Ever since I was a kid, I struggled with my sensitivities and empathic abilities. I developed nervous tics to cope, and often panic attacks were inevitable.
As I grew older, the stress and anxiety I experienced became overwhelming and disruptive, and I could feel myself constantly burning out.
It wasn’t until I discovered I was a highly sensitive empath that I started to understand and become more in tune with my sensitivities. I was then able to befriend my emotions, and become less overtaken by them.
Now, I am here to support you!

Keeping a broad anatomical perspective, we’ll use a variety of long, yet gentle strokes, and a combination of deeply relaxing deep tissue techniques to help your body let go of stress and tension.
Different props will be used to create a sensory experience that is helpful in maintaining you present in your body.
